AI-based Grading & Authentication
The Stamps Gate AI-based grading enables the concurrence of expert opinions about single stamps, pairs, and blocks to be characterized accurately and consistently using philatelic terminology and a prevailing numeric grade.

How grading service work?

Grading Scale
Stamps Gate grades stamps and covers according to an internationally accepted grading scale of 1 to 100. This scale is considered to be the industry standard. Below are Stamps Gate’s grading standards for each numeric grade as well as grade modifiers and adjectival grades.
Numeric Grade
Stamps Gate AI-Based software assign a numeric grade to stamps that are genuine and have fully original paper, ink and perforations. Regummed stamps and stamps with a few minor faults may still receive a numeric grade.
